MY TOPIC IS :

Juvenile Life Without Parole: Evaluate the constitutionality of sentencing minors to permanent detention.

A 7-8 page short research proposal is a major requirement for this course. The short research proposal (paper) should address Contemporary Issues in Criminal Law and/or Procedure’ that are salient today.

The research proposal should be one that will contribute novel information to the existing literature in the field. The paper is due on or before 04/28/2026.
