Overview
In this course, there are two continuing medical education (CME) assignments. The ethics assignment requires the documentation of 6 hours of education on legal, ethical, and fiscal topics as established in Chapter 4723-9 of the Ohio Administrative Code for prescriptive authority.
Numerous organizations provide free continuing education on this subject. It is not difficult to find 6 free CME credits for this assignment. However, you may attend a conference if that is more convenient for you. The continuing medical education (CME) certificate must indicate what portion of the conference was related to controlled substances and the date must be with in the current term when you are enrolled in Pharmacology.
Below is a list of links that offer free CME. You many need to create an account or register on some or all of these sites. You may also use other CME activities not listed. However, a certificate of completion with earned hours is necessary to show proof of your work.
