The name of my AI bot is CyberGuide. The bot is mainly for helping students and people who don’t really know much about computers or online safety. Since I wanna major in cybersecurity later on, I thought it would be cool to make something based around that. Ive always been into technology and trying to figure stuff out online, so this idea felt the most like me.

The purpose of the bot is to help people with technology problems, online safety, passwords, scams, and just basic computer stuff. I also want it to help students study and stay organized because I know school gets stressful sometimes. Since Im starting college classes and balancing other stuff too, I thought having an AI helper for students would actually be useful.

The bot could handle conversations like:

  • Helping users make stronger passwords
  • Explaining how scams or fake emails work
  • Helping students study for classes
  • Giving reminders for homework or assignments
  • Helping with simple computer problems
  • Friendly conversations when people are stressed out

The intended users are mostly high school and college students, especially people who aren’t really good with technology but still use it every day.

Some features I hope to add later are voice responses, study quizzes, personalized answers, reminders, and maybe even different modes depending on what the user needs help with. I also kinda want it to have a chill personality instead of sounding super robotic because I don’t want people feeling like they’re talking to a machine the whole time.

This connects to this weeks topics because it uses AI, automation, and chatbot systems to help people. AI is becoming a huge part of everyday life now, and chatbots are used everywhere. My bot also connects to ethics because AI should give safe and accurate information while protecting people’s privacy.

One ethical concern is misinformation because the bot could accidentally give wrong advice sometimes. Another problem is privacy because users might share personal information with the bot without thinking about it first. Theres also the risk of people depending too much on AI instead of learning things on their own. I would want my bot to remind users to double-check important information and not fully rely on AI for everything.

This project honestly matches me a lot because Ive always been interested in computers, technology, and cybersecurity. I even plan on studying computer science
