It is always best practice to use primary sources when they are available. Include one of Senge’s organizational disabilities (Chapter 2 of the text) and a diagram of the systems archetype, labeled with events from the scenario. Submission 2 (NP): ‘My position’ is not one of Senge’s organizational disabilities. Review the disabilities described in Chapter 2 of the Senge text. The disabilities are also listed in the video that was sent to your Capella email. It is also posted in Course Announcements. A systems map diagram is still missing.
