Research Paper Guidelines:
Choose a disease process

Paper should be two full pages in content length. It should be typed and double-spaced. Each paragraph must have 5 complete sentences.
Paper should have a cover sheet that includes name, course title, instructor, paper title, and date.
Page numbers should be inserted on each page at the top right-hand corner.
Any reference used should be cited on the Reference page.
The Reference page should be a separate page that lists all of your sources from which you retrieved your information. You must have at least two sources; please exclude your textbook. In listing your references, anyone should be able to find the information you are referring to simply by using your listed reference information, regardless of the type of content (eg. internet, journal article, book, etc.).
References should be listed on the reference page in alphabetical order by author’s last name.
I will not require an in-text citation for this paper, as this is a learning tool for the world of paper writing.
Font should be 12-point Times New Roman.
Paper should be uploaded to Canvas. Please submit early to get feedback on your paper from the Student Success Center.
