It can be found at the following links: After you watch this video, please answer the following questions: Briefly summarize the film that you watched (give me enough detail so I know you watched the entire film). (7 Points) What are your two takeaways you will have from this watching this film? (Label as 2a & 2b) (8 Points) The safety of citizens in society was discussed as a major setback regarding letting the convicted out of incarceration and in the community on parole in this film. How do you personally feel about the Supreme Courts decision of offering some incarcerated people a second chance in society? (4 Points) Should the immature brain development of juveniles be taken into consideration during the sentencing process? (Label as 4a) Is there currently too much importance placed on the developmental aspect of juveniles during sentencing or not enough? (Label as 4b) (8 Points) What sort of things do you feel the parole board should take into consideration in the hearings of these potential second chance citizens? (4 Points) The district attorney in this video did not show very much remorse when it came to the time that those going up for parole actually served of their sentence. How much of this time, if any, do you think should be served before the convicted are eligible for parole? (4 Points) Name one thing you would like to know more about after watching this film.
