Answer the two questions in at least 250 words each. I will grade based on your conformity to the following requirements below:

Discuss the importance and role of the Nation of Islam in the origins of prisoner activism.

Question 2

What role did early court decisions have on prisoner activism? Discuss the most significant court decision in advancing the movement?

The Book and the only Source you will refer to is chapter 2 of Rethinking the American Prison Movement by Dan Berger and Toussaint Losier. You will only use pages 44 through 67. Do not reference any other pages.
