While I understand that I have been late on a small number of occasions, I have made a consistent effort to maintain my responsibilities and meet performance targets throughout the past year. Additionally, the overtime hours referenced in your email were completed with prior approval, as they were necessary to support departmental objectives and ensure timely completion of ongoing assignments. Regarding the unfinished projects you mentioned, there are currently two that remain incomplete; however, both have been placed on hold at the request of our clients and are awaiting further direction before work can continue.
