I appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback with me. I would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your message. While I understand that I have been late on a small number of occasions, I have made a consistent effort to maintain my responsibilities and meet performance targets throughout the past year. Additionally, the overtime hours referenced in your email were completed with prior approval, as they were necessary to support departmental objectives and ensure timely completion of ongoing assignments.
