  • How does it impact safety and quality?
  • What steps can be taken to recruit people for this position?
  • Describe a few retention strategies you would implement for retaining people in this role?
  • What metrics would you use to monitor recruitment and retention?
  • Describe the future predictions of this position in healthcare.
