For this assignment, you will develop an infographic following these instructions:

Basic instructions for the Infographic:

Students should produce a 2-page Infographic.

Describe a topic in womens health and describe the condition, symptoms, causes and

treatments, in addition to anything else you find of particular importance.

An appropriate Infographic would introduce a topic in one paragraph (e.g., definitions);

create a table describing its epidemiology (e.g., the predominance of this stress in the

population you chose) or find a public use table (and cite it); have some bullet points that

identify the management techniques and how it is used; write a concluding statement

reiterating the importance of the topic and treatment; and end with a short (< 10 citations)

reference list for further information.

The reference list should be in APA 7 style.

Infographic Contents:

Population: Briefly describe the specific demographics for the population of women

featured in your infographic. Support the information with recent information (correctly

cited in APA 7 format).

Health Condition, Illness or Disease: Address HOW the health condition affects the

female population as compared to the male population. Support points with recent

evidence (correctly cited in APA 7 format).

Describe the Symptoms, Diagnosis, Causes or Other Characteristics: Share the

descriptive characteristics of the health condition. Support the information with

appropriate citations (APA 7 format).

Womens Health Infographic: Create a colorful and engaging infographic for your

target population. This is an educational tool that you would actually use with your target

population concerned with the specific illness/condition. The infographic should reflect

relevance and health literacy guidelines (e.g., plain language).

References: Construct reference entries for all citations used within the infographic

(APA 7 format). These entries can be in smaller font to save space. Remember, each in-

text citation should have a reference entry within the References page/section.
