• Analyze the needed quality assurance and benchmarking initiatives or agencies to determine the proposals success.
• Explain how recommended tools or initiatives improve patient care, services, or organizational performance.

Risk Assessment

• Assess any major risks involved in the proposal, including quality management, safety, confidentiality, records, personnel, and how to plan for mitigation.

Governance

• Explain how the proposal fits into the current or new governance bylaws/policies, structures, and bodies, including the medical staff reporting structure.

Organization

• Develop a high-level organizational structure and chart that shows the Board, CEO, Senior Team, Medical Staff, Departments, and so forth. Consider how the organizational structure can build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Marketing

• Assess the market, competition, and any patient considerations, and plan how marketing will be conducted.
