• Recommend changes based on the data in operations or policies to improve quality or efficiency.

Include any additional visuals or graphs in line with your written report.

Cite at least 1 reputable reference to support your report (e.g., trade or industry publications, government or agency websites, scholarly works, or other sources of similar quality).
