In general, people are poor at predicting what will bring them future happiness (e.g.
the lottery winners who are no happier now that they have millions of dollars).
Why do you think that we are such poor predictors?
Give specific examples of times when you thought you would feel differently about a given situation (As a union representative).
Why did you have such high/low expectations for the event?
Why didnt the event live up to those expectations?
