Context
The Chapter 9 reading covers seven strategies for making effective decisions when working on a team, managing cross-functional teams, making different types of decisions, and working with many types of data. When making data-driven decisions, we need to determine what data matters most, and then apply the strategy that is best suited for the situation and your leadership style.
