Week 6- Safety Promotion

Please follow the instructions this is for graudate class so I need the discussion ASAP like today please like within 3 hours but for replies tommorrow. This is for Safety Management Systems class (Aviation)

How can leaders of an organization promote safety without sounding like they are checking a box? Think of the organizations you have been involved with and use examples from there.

There is no minimum length for responses, but your response should be appropriate to a graduate course. I will grade accordingly.
