Your final research paper will be based on the topic you selected in Week 2.

This assignment requires you to continue to develop your final research paper by building upon your chosen leadership topic.

For Part I, you will examine your topic as it relates to the following:

Inspiring Vision

Leading Change

Fostering Effective Teamwork

To be successful, a minimum of five (5) pages of substantive content toward your final paper must ebe submitted in APA 7th format. This does not include your Title Page or your Refrences Page(s).

DO NOT FORGET TO CREATE AN ABSTRACT!!!
