Presentation Format

Presentation meets formatting requirements. Length is between 10-15 slides, is highly visual (includes photos, graphs, or videos), and is narrated by the student.

Introduction

-Includes information detailing the purpose of the project including who their client is, their species of focus with the animals scientific name, and the environment where their focal animal lives.

-Provides a review of relevant information related to the behavior of their focal species to give their client ample background.

Methods

-Details how the video footage was analyzed. This includes the source of their footage, a timestamp of the 5 minutes observed (for pre-recorded footage) or the time/date of the footage (for livestream footage). -Includes the number of distinct behaviors observed during the analysis and lists the behavior chosen as the focal behavior to measure along with how the behavior was measured (duration or frequency).

-Summarizes and evaluates the findings from the footage analysis including potential ultimate and proximate causes of the behaviors and how the behavior may vary given different life experiences.
