In this discussion, you will share the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) you created. Reflect on the WBS within the planning phase, and see how others approached the same scenario. Note: Include your scenario name at the top of your post.

Include the following:

• Provide a visual of your WBS (such as a screenshot, JPG, or PDF). See
• Identify the project management software tool you used and the process you used.
• List three activities that must take place during the project planning phase.
• Identify three essential participants, and explain their roles in the planning process.
• Predict the project schedule and budget impact if a subtask is not completed.

Submission
