Good evening, I hope all is well and your are enjoying a nice weekend. The topic for your training proposal assignment is not relevant and will not serve as a good training plan for the second assignment that follows this topic assignment. You will need to revise and resubmit this assignment considering a good topic that is from the book and that will be something you can do a training session on. (Most students pick: New Hire Orientation, Sexual Harassment, Diversity..) Please contact me with any questions and to set a new due date.

Assignment:

Each student will select a topic to be addressed in the Training Proposal, Methodology, and Rationale Topic assignment. This topic must be directly related to the course content and discussed in the course textbook and approved by the professor.

Submit the following including an APA formatted cover page:

1. Topic
2. One paragraph rationale to support the reason this topic should be evaluated/researched (200 word minimum).
3. 2 scholarly resources + the course text must be included
4. Format in-text citations and references in current APA .
