Each student is required to complete two rapid-fire report by the end of the term. The purpose of this rapid-fire report is to obtain practice with oral synthesis of patient data by the use of a systematic and organized format. The rapid-fire report should include the following elements: identifying data, chief complaint, HPI, PMH (ROS, psychosocial, etc), physical examination, lab and diagnostic tests, impression and problem list and plan. The rapid-fire report should be no longer than 10 minutes. (Systems thinking & Clinical inquiry)
