The good news is that you can create a schedule yourself, and you can evaluate it and adjust it as needed. Read below to see how a schedule can help. One technique is to brainstorm categories. Pick a topic like ice cream flavors, 80s songs or bands, colors….anything will work. Think of as many as you can. This distracts you from being in the thick of your anxiety. When you go back to the stressor, you may be able to think more clearly and tackle it.*** Consider how your school work will need to be integrated into your schedule. Your master schedule looks something like your time log.
