Time management

This assignment is due February 23, 2026 in class. This is a graded assignment, worth 20% of your final grade. Late assignments will not be accepted.
Your assignment must have a cover page that includes the following (centered in the middle of the page): Your name, name of the University, title of the course, course section, instructors name, title of assignment, and the date. Please attach the detailed rubric to the front of your paper.
Your paper must be typed, double spaced, with one-inch margins on all four sides of the page. The font should be Times New Roman, size 12. All references used should be appropriately cited on a separate page, using APA (American Psychological Association) format. Please remember to staple all pages before you submit the assignment.
In a daily diary, record your activities for five consecutive days. Each day and each hour must be accounted for. Record all your activities each day for the five days. Only include activities that you have done that day. You may use arrows for blocks of time.
Write up to a three-page paper to include, what is time management, why is time management needed, summarize journal findings, & how you can use good time management to be successful after you have reviewed your schedule, indicating activities (or other things) you would change and why. Remember to answer all questions using “your own” ideas, and paraphrasing additional information with no direct quotes.
