Thesis

Here I attach my topic, the structure and more. Please make sure to write everything and for the application part like interviews prepare everything for me to work on. For the sources at least 25 but if you think that more makes sense, that would be awesome, communicate with me about this.

I only need everything done until 4.3, to then do the rest of the part myself.
