I am studying Human Resources and I would like to write my Masters thesis on a traineeship programme in which I participated at my current employer, HetRecruitingKantoor, a company operating in the recruitment sector.
It is a one-year programme addressed to individuals with diverse professional backgrounds (e.g., communication, HR, recruitment, sales, account management) and its aim is to train them for roles as recruiters and talent sourcers.
The programme includes both soft skills and hard skills, such as:
- Boolean search building
- LinkedIn and social sourcing
- Labour market analysis
- The use of different AI tools in recruitment
The training component also involved various professionals from the field, who provided specialised knowledge and practical guidance.
In parallel with the training, participants worked normally on client projects, directly applying in practice the knowledge they were acquiring.
I have access to materials such as presentations and intake forms, which reflect the working method and approach used for each client and can be utilised within the scope of the research.
