  • Sphere of Influence (product, organization, relationships).
  • Competencies (analytical, communication, leadership, tools).
  1. Task:
  • Choose one project or organizational change initiative you know about (it can be from your workplace, university, or a well-documented case study).
  • Write a short reflection (300400 words) addressing:
  • a) Which sphere of influence (product / organization / relationships) was most important for the BA (or should have been)? Why?
  • b) Identify two competencies a BA would need to be successful in this context.
  • c) Suggest how the BA could overcome a challenge in communication or stakeholder engagement.
