The health communication campaign project. Public Health

The health communication campaign project allows you to apply what we are learning in this course to the creation of your own education program. Students will review one of the Community Needs Assessments listed below, choose one of the topics covered in the report, create an education program to improve health outcomes related to the topic, develop a plan to implement the program, develop a social marketing plan for the program, and create a plan to evaluate the program.

Each student will complete three separate assignments and consolidate them into one plan for the final project. Specific instructions will be given for each assignment in the Guidelines and Rubrics posted on Canvas. See below for writing guidelines, including the rubric for the entire project.
