Hi i need to do a case study on this please. This case will be evaluated using the Normative Method. This case should should issues in the case, analyze problems the organization in the case is experiencing, and make suggestions for addressing the current problems and avoiding similar problems in the future. IT CAN BE 5 PAGES AND I NEED 2 EXHIBITS I GAVE U AN EXAMPLE BELOW OF A CASE I DID BEFORE DO MAKE IT LIKE THAT BUT OBVIOUSLY TAILORED TO THIS CASE. JUST A GOOD EXAMPLE TO LOOK OFF OF AND WHAT MY PROF IS LOOKING FOR.

• content (2); deductions for formatting errors (maximum 2 point deduction)

Executive summary (6 points total):

• Introduction (2) with a deduction if problem statement, at its end, does not match the memos;
• Content (4) must give additional of action step detail not seen in the memo: with deductions of (1 max) each if, a control and feedback, and/or contingency plan are missing or poorly designed. So a maximum of 2 could be lost if these two elements are missing.
