Teacher Certification Exam Personal Success Plan

After finishing the Classroom Competency Practice Exam assignment, complete the Teacher Certification Exam Personal Success Plan template to help you prepare for your state certification exam. In this template, students will be required to provide evidence that they have registered for their content knowledge exam(s) or have already passed their exam(s).

In addition to submitting evidence of your registration in Part 2 of the Teacher Certification Exam Personal Success Plan, upload evidence of your content knowledge exam registration or score reports in your student portal, if applicable.
