Thank you for your submission. Please find below my feedback.
Please read and understand the ADRP Guide v1.2.
The ADRP Guide explicitly restricts all applied doctoral research to a “Single Case Study design”. In the “Nature of the Study” section, your submission uses a reference specifically focused on “multiple case study design” (Halkias et al., 2022) to justify its methodology and broadly discusses “case studies” in the plural, rather than justifying the required single case study approach.
Link the Framework to the Specific Problem: For the Research Framework section, the ADRP Guide mandates that candidates provide one to two sentences for each Concept, Actor, and Construct explaining “then one to two sentences that describe how the concept is related to the specific problem. Your submission merely defines constructs like “Resistance to Change” and “Leadership Style” in a general sense, failing to specifically connect them back to the identified problem of leaders obtaining employee buy-in at the specific U.S. service organization.
Format: The ADRP guidelines strictly instruct candidates to “Use one sentence per bullet point for each element”. Your submission breaks this in the “Nature of the Study” section by using fragmented phrases (e.g., “Single case study design”, “Justification:”, “Developing an understanding…”) instead of writing a complete, single sentence per bullet point.
Not all the paper is left justified (ragged right) as required by APA standards.
The complete paper is not double spaced as required by APA standards.
