Students will write a 45 page, double-spaced synthesis paper (APA format with title page) examining their experiences learning and applying enabling conditions and addressing team dysfunctions. Drawing on course readings and team activities, students will integrate ideas from multiple sources around a central theme or question related to team development. A synthesis is not a summary, comparison, or review; it demonstrates the ability to combine learning with experience to develop and support a clear thesis using evidence such as examples and quotations.
