Supreme Court justice exercise

During his first term, President Donald Trump had the opportunity to nominate three justices to the United States Supreme Court. Each nomination followed the constitutional process, but the tenor of each was distinctly different.

Using resources readily available on the internet, research the confirmation process for U.S. Supreme Court justices, in general, and Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett confirmations specifically. After conducting your research, develop and fully discuss your personal position on whether or not the appointment/confirmation process as currently conducted is what the framers of our Constitution envisioned.
