directive control, directive informational, collaborative, and
nondirective behaviors, complete a self-assessment of your
dominant supervisory style.
Deliverables (57 pages plus appendices):
A profile of your current supervisory approaches with
concrete examples from practice or field observations.
An analysis of how your patterns support or hinder
teacher growth and school improvement goals.
A targeted 6-month coaching and development plan to
increase your repertoire across the four approaches, tied
explicitly to teacher and student outcome goals.
