- Job analysis; an important part of job description; captures job duties; helps in developing hiring criteria; in determining pay levels; and
pay attention to the importance of Job Analysis in the text chapter.
- Criteria; are measures by which outcomes and behaviors are measured; the different types of criteria; how is performance behavior related to outcomes?
