It is through the use of diagnostic tools that the root causes of organizational problems are identified. Diagnostics also help to choose interventions that are intended to resolve the problems. Examples of root causes of organizational problems include high employee turnover, low employee morale, negative workplace culture, and operational inefficiencies.
