  • Population(s) served and mission or purpose
  1. Identified Need or Challenge
  • One key social, organizational, or community-level issue
  • Use of basic data or credible sources
  1. Strengths and Assets
  • Existing resources, leadership, or community capacity
  • Explicit use of the Strengths and Affirmation principles
  1. Macro Practice Relevance
  • How does this issue reflect the role of macro social work
  • Ethical considerations and implications

Focus: assessment, clarity, and accurate use of macro concepts, not exhaustive evaluation.
