Develop a 68 page academic research paper on a topic that connects to both your personal interestand a theme or concept from the course. Your paper should include analysis, critical thinking, and connections to real-world observations or applications.

• Include a 1-paragraph Personal Relevance Statementat the beginning of the paper (before your introduction), explaining why you chose this topic and how it relates to your field experience or personal learning journey.
• Choose a topic that is specific and personalizedenough that it reflects your voice and thinking. For example:
• Instead of “The History of Special Education,” try “How My Field Placement Introduced Me to Inclusive Classroom Strategies for Neurodiverse Learners.
• Use at least 5 scholarly or peer-reviewed sources. At least one must be from a source recommended by UMPIs OneSearch database.
