Social Work Practicum Learning Plan

This order is marked as “other” because it is not a traditional essay or paper. I am in need of a writer to use the template document “PPA LP 2022 EPAS 102323” to fill in and create a learning plan for this semester’s practicum or internship for Social Work. I have included an example file from a former classmate, as well as a file I used ChatGPT to create to give an idea of the content needed. Please do not copy and paste from the Ai file, as my school scans for Ai.

Context for the learning plan:

-I am doing my practicum at my employer. Valley Hope, which is a substance use treatment center

-I work as an intensive outpatient counselor (IOP). I facilitate telehealth groups and individual sessions.

-My practicum is focused on PP&A and not Clinical. PP&A is policy, planning and administration.

-I am part of a team opening up a new outpatient facility in Columbia, MO

-This facility has not opened yet, but we are in the works on putting together programming, policies, and utilizing problem solving.

-I am learning from leadership and my supervisior how this process goes, as well as continuing my role as a counselor.

The ChatGPT example doc has some of this information as well regarding what I listed above. All goals in the learning plan must be SMART Goals. If you are not familiar with SMART goals, this may not be the order for you.

Lastly, make the goals easy. Look at the example doc from a former classmate as well as the ChatGPT doc and see how they greated the goals. Also, do research if needed on how to create this.
