I need a 5 page paper written. The instructions are attached below. The reference page and the appendix page with the survey/questionnaire arent included in the 5 pages. Heres some more information: The topic I chose was: Anxiety disorder in college students. I want to focus on a specific anxiety disorder though, example: social anxiety disorder in relations to academic performance. The research question I chose was : How does social anxiety impact academic performance and social functioning among college students? The Research METHOD I used was Goal Statement/ S.M.A.R.T : Examine how social anxiety affects college life among undergraduate students. S (Specific): I plan to examine the social anxiety disorder on academic performance and social functioning among undergraduate students. M (Measurable): Anxiety levels will be measured using standardized anxiety assessments tools, and college life outcomes will be measured through indicators such as grade point average (GPA), class attendance, and self-reported social participation. A (Attainable): This study is attainable because it will focus on undergraduate students and use survey- based data collection methods that are practical and accessible within a college setting. R (Relevant): Understanding the impact of social anxiety disorder on college life is relevant because it can help colleges and universities improve mental health services, academic accommodations, and student support programs. T (Time-Bound): This research will be concluded and completed by the end of the 2026 spring semester. The research design I chose was Course-Based Action Research (CBAR) Course-Based Action Research is a research designs where students and instructors collaborate to study a real-world issue connected to the course or academic environment. Course-Based Action Research focuses on gathering data, reflecting on the findings, and using the results to create positive change or improvement. This design seemed appropriate than others because it focuses on active participation, shared reflection, and applying what is learned to real situations instead of just collecting data. Course-Based Action Research (CBAR) allows students and faculty to engage with issues that directly affect their academic and social experiences. It also promotes social justice by encouraging awareness, discussion, and action, while helping build stronger and more meaningful connections between the university and surrounding community. The survey questionnaire I conducted is below: 1. What is todays date? / / 2. On average, how many hours per week do you spend studying or completing coursework outside of class. _______ hours 3.
