SMART GOALS

Identify and write 3 SMART goals that you have for your clinical experience this semester. You will need to write an affective, psychomotor, and cognitive goal to receive full credit on this assignment. If you do not have an assigned clinical preceptor yet you will need to write these goals based upon your desired location of clinical and notate that on the assignment.

Examples of Personal Goals:

Affective (Behaviors, values, attitude)

Example: By the end of my clinical experience, I will uphold the standards of ANA nursing ethics by providing high-quality, safe, ethical, respectful patient care.
