Self-Awareness and Professional Development Plan

1. Directions: Each student will complete a plan to continue self-awareness and professional development around cultural awareness and social justice.

3. Provide an overall reflection on your thoughts about the course so far including content that you have found enlightening, challenging, or confusing.
4. Identify three personal strengths and three personal areas of growth related to your reflection.
5. Identify a personal plan for cultural awareness in practice with specific action steps. Include at least one goal and two to three objectives (actions steps).
6. Identify a personal plan for social justice advocacy with specific action steps. Include at least one goal and two to three objectives (action steps).
7. Summarize your thoughts and feelings about creating a self-awareness and development plan.
8. Paper should include no less than 1 peer-reviewed article and should not exceed 5 pages of content, excluding title and reference pages.
9. Reference List in APA (7th edition) format for all scholarly sources used in your paper.
