Sami people of Northern Norway

My project has been focused on the Sami people of Northern Norway. I’ve attached my previous work on this subject for this Cultural Project. The Culture Project asks you to explore a culture that you are interested in more deeply. You will complete this project in four phases during the course. Each phase of the project builds on the previous one. Phase 3: Develop an intercultural learning trip to explore the culture. Due Week 6 Phase 4: Reflect on effectively communicating the gospel in the culture. Due Week 8 Phase 3 Develop an Intercultural Learning Trip. You will develop a plan for a trip that will introduce participants to this culture through an immersive experience. Utilize suggestions from Livermores book for developing a culturally intelligent short-term mission trip. For this project, you are developing a realistic plan – a step-by-step description of the trip that will specifically utilize the intercultural learning model. You should include: Your plans to prepare the group for the trip (Focus Stage), The learning goals for the trip what are three big learning goals that you want your participants to learn while on this trip? Learning Activities Where you will go, what you will do and experience, and how you will turn that into a learning process that will engage the components of cultural intelligence and increase the cultural knowledge and competency of participants? Your learning goals should be operationalized in 3 Learning Activities that are culture specific. Describe each learning activity, how you will engage in action and reflection, and what cultural mentors you will include in each. How will you further reinforce those learning goals through your Debrief Stage, once the group returns from the trip? Describe your plan to help your group continue to learn from their experiences once they are back home. You should have at least 1 paragraph for each question, but more will likely be required to answer the above questions sufficiently. Requirements Length. At a minimum, 4 paragraphs, but likely more to sufficiently answer all questions. Font and Spacing. Use Times New Roman 12 point font, double-spaced. Header. Utilze the following header Your Full Name Understanding Cultures – Dr. Hutchens Date (for example, September 3, 2023) Cultural Project Phase 3 Sources. Make sure you include any sources that you use. Otherwise, you will be deducted points. You can use the APA or another easy-to-use citation format. For biblical citations, simply reference the passage in abbreviated book form (Gen, Exod, Lev, etc.) in parenthesis and the short version of the translation in your first reference. Example of first reference: (John 3:16 ESV). Example of subsequent references: (Gen 1:1)
