Youre free to make up details about the customers problem/s so that you can show the benefits and value proposition of your solution. Your letter should follow proper email format, including being single spaced, and be no more than one page in length. Make the letter personable and relatable, do not address it to the company, but rather to an individual and ensure to highlight what the benefits would be of switch to your CRM.
