Restructure Org Powerpoint

Could you please redo Slides 1 and 2 exactly as they are, without changing the structure or content? Id like them to be cleaner, more organized, and properly sized to fit the slides so they look polished and easy to read. Size of the boxes should be even. Just overall better looking

Please keep the formatting fully editable so I can make updates at any time on a powerpoint.
