In the app, you can look at various issues and values, and then compare it to brands as to whether you should avoid it or support it. The app also provides alternatives to brands and products that you might use but want to switch after learning about the companys values and principles.
- For this assignment, you will download the application to your phone, then look into which values you want to support. You will then identify at least 5 items or brands that you typically buy and make note of what the application tells you about these items or brands and how they reflect on the issues you chose.
- You can find the application in the app store of your smartphone. It looks like this:
- After downloading the app, you will see a home screen with various issues to explore.
- Once you choose an issue, it will allow you to look at which companies to avoid, based on them violating certain issues, and which companies to support.
- After reviewing your items or brands, please answer the following questions:
