Firstly, Choose One General Area of HK Constitutional Law from the List of Permitted Areas in the Document attached below. (check guidelines attached below from page 17, for the topics. and see which topic you can do and come up with a research question) there are total 13 topics. you have to choose one area and write a research question and on that topic write 3000 words. use footnotes and bibliography. You are only allowed to write your research paper about those areas of Hong Kong Constitutional Law which are listed in this document. So read carefully through the list of permitted general areas of Hong Kong Constitutional Law listed on the following pages and choose one of these areas which most interests you. *So dont try and write about another area which is not listed in this document (e.g., judicial review, freedom of association, etc.) as this is not permitted and you will not receive any marks. Word count (maximum 3,000 words) Must Use cover sheet attached below.
