Annotated Bibliography:

The purpose of this assignment is to begin your research process and learn how to create an annotated bibliography to aid that research process.

Conduct a thorough literature search of the chosen topic related to a community-based behavioral health organization.

Create an annotated bibliography that includes:

• Identify 10 scholarly sources specific to behavioral health, theories you are using, or the population you are working with.
• Explain how each of the selected sources will support your program proposal.
• Create a minimum of five tables, graphs, figures, charts, or infographics based on the research in your annotated bibliography to support your program proposal.
