Research Assignment 3#: Expanded Significant Statement This assignment blends the first two assignments. You will write another significant statement, following the guidelines of the first significant statement, only this time you will be working with two sources: 1) an article from your annotated bibliography, and 2) a short passage from the course reading assignment you based your annotated bibliography on. What youre going to do with this assignment is start with an important passage from one of your critical articles, a passage thats about 4-6 lines long, break it down and analyze it using that P.I.E. [Point Illustration Example] formula. Remember: keep the focus on what the passage has to say about jealousy and/or envy. After that you will extend your analysis of the quote to show its relevance to a specific moment in the specific course reading.
