Emotional Intelligence (EI) Infographic

This is a group assignment.

After completing the reading, create an infographic poster related to your assigned element of Emotional Intelligence using PowerPoint. This poster should be of professional academic quality that a nurse leader might post/share with staff/colleagues and demonstrate application of the student learning outcomes listed above.

Complete a ONE-slide PowerPoint/infographic poster that demonstrates the emotional intelligence (EI) element/domain assigned.

Posters should be concise and include the following components as they relate to Leadership practice:

Define emotional intelligence

Name and definition of the emotional intelligence element/domain

Identify high impact leadership actions/behaviors that EI element/domain.

Identify low impact leadership actions/behaviors that with EI/Domain

Identify Team results/outcomes that may be realized when the leader uses high impact EI actions.

Include an interesting quote or excerpt from the transformational leader book you are reading.

Scholarly references in APA should be included on a second slide.
