Write a 57 page paper in which you reflect on your writing progress and how this course has influenced your professional practice and goals. Length: Include 57 content pages plus the title page, references, and appendix. I will admit that it is a struggle for me to put research and my own thoughts together in a structured format. Throughout this course I had a hard time tying my thoughts together to make my paper flow and there were many grammatical and punctual errors. The role of reflection is important to the leader for anticipating, planning, and adjusting according to learned and lived experiences. Reflection on our knowledge and skills as education leaders must be an ongoing process. This helps us adapt as necessary for continuous improvement and development in our role as leaders and scholars. Professional practice requires ongoing reflection to identify strategies, behaviors, processes, and dispositions that lead to ones best work. Understanding your own learning and areas for improvement of knowledge and skills will be important to your professional development as a leader and researcher. This assessment will help you reflect critically on: The writing and revision choices you made in the Literature Review and Ethical Behavior, Diversity, and Civil Discourse assessments. How your experience in this course relates to your professional orientation and career goals. How systems thinking informs your emerging problem of practice. This assessment focuses on your learning throughout this course. Professional practice requires ongoing reflection to identify the strategies, behaviors, processes, and dispositions that lead to optimal results as well as those that might be improved. We also reflect on our own responses to professional experiences in order to process and strengthen our practice. This assessment offers an additional opportunity: to consider your strengths and areas for growth in your professional writing. Organization Organize your reflection with the following sections: Title Page Include a title page with the following title: Critical Reflection and Writing Process Evaluation. Introduction Your introduction needs to identify the focus of your reflection for readers; it should be no longer than one-half page. Writing Process Evaluation Evaluate your personal writing process in this course.
