Watch the following two videos that describe inequality and social class in the US: (

Reflect on the videos and the readings to discuss the following questions:

• Is social class achieved, ascribed, or both in the US? Why?
• How do cumulative advantages contribute to inequality?
• Choose a person with whom you are familiar (e.g., a family member, friend, yourself, etc.) and give examples of how that persons social class has affected their life trajectory, experiences, and culture. You must use and highlight two terms from the readings.
• The submission should contain a minimum of 500 words, doubled spaced.
• Answer each of the questions separately (three different paragraphs)

I have read chapters 1, 2, and 3 from the book, so those are realistically the only chapters that should be used.

Also, the name that I want to use for the part of the discussion that has to do with a friend is Andres.
